General Accounting Assistant - Bolton Hellas

We are looking for a General Accounting Assistant to join our Finance & Accounting Team at Bolton International – Bolton Hellas, based in Athens.

How you make the difference

This position is crucial for Bolton as it ensures timely and accurate receipt of customer balances by controlling and posting customer payments, and by daily communication of customers to ensure payments are being made accurately and on time.

How your agenda looks like:

• Review and post supplier expense documents, service invoices, and staff reimbursements.
• Reconcile accounts and balances with suppliers.
• Prepare and process payment cycles.
• Reconcile bank balances.
• Verify and submit expense invoices into MyData.

Your team:

This position reports directly to the Corporate Accounting Manager.

What makes you a great fit:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field
• Previous experience in a similar role - up to 2 years
• Solid knowledge of IFRS and Greek Accounting Standards
• Fluency in Greek and English - both written and spoken
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Male candidates must have fulfilled their military obligations
