Junior Corporate Accountant

We are looking for a Junior Corporate Accountant to join our F&A Team in our Bolton International Business Unit based in Greece.

How you make the difference

This position is crucial for Bolton as it ensures accurate financial operations by controlling and posting supplier expense documents, service invoices, and staff expenses.

How your agenda looks like:

• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of accounting records and support the accounting department in daily operations. 
• Control and posting of supplier documents: Ensure accurate and timely processing of supplier expenses and service invoices.
• Reconciliation of accounts and balances: Regularly reconcile accounts with suppliers to maintain accurate financial records.
• Staff expense management: Control and verify staff expense reports to ensure compliance with company policies.
• Submission of expense invoices into MyData: Ensure all expense invoices are correctly entered and submitted in compliance with MyData regulations.

Your team:

This position reports directly to the Corporate Accounting Manager.

What makes you a great fit:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance, Master's degree desirable
• Good knowledge of IFRS and Greek Accounting Standards
• Very good knowledge of the English language (oral and written)
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software
• Fluency in Greek, good command of English
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Communication, organizational and initiative skills as well as ability to perform in a team, meeting demanding deadlines.
• Male candidates must have fulfilled their military obligations
