We are looking for Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing in our Athens Offices based in Greece.

How you make the difference

This position is crucial for Bolton Adhesives as it drives our digital strategy, enhancing brand visibility and customer engagement. The expected outcome is increased online presence and improved digital campaign performance. This role is responsible for supporting overall brand strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of communication, digital marketing, content creation and data analysis to drive engagement and business growth.

 

How your agenda looks like:

  • Develop and execute local advertising campaigns for strategic customers across multiple online & offline channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional advertising within the context of communication strategy and in cooperation with Marketing Manager and sales people.
  • Manage all brands’ social media accounts by creating and scheduling engaging content based on a yearly communication calendar and seasonality of products upon approval from Marketing Manager.
  • Manage and review all brands’ websites on a regular basis by enriching the sites with new content, updating the current product mix and the dealers’ locator to drive website conversions and engagement.
  • Analyze and report social media & website performace for all brands on a montly basis using key metrics and analytics tools against predetermined goals.
  • Prepare and distribute to stakeholders all corporate communication assets of interest i.e. leaflets, videos, posts, banners, videos, product packaging etc, for use locally to support  sell out of our customers.
  • Develop and manage Point of Sale (POS) materials i.e. stands, leaflets, stickers etc. to enhance brand visibility and drive in-store sales.
  • Participate in the design and execution of merchandising programs, promotional activities, coop marketing plans with Key accounts and new launches, in cooperation with sales across all distribution channels.
  • Organize, support and participate in marketing and corporate events, i.e. trade shows, roadshows, conferences, annual meeting etc.
  • Create and update a database with all communication assets available per reference, to supply both advertising agencies and customers with the respective material.
  • Update and distribute an xml file for customer’s e shops, to ensure consistency in communication.
  • Monitor A&P spending on a monthly basis, to ensure compliance with the annual agreed budget.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.

You will report directly to our Marketing Manager .

 

What makes you a great fit:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of marketing experience (preferably in digital marketing, content creation, or branding).
  • Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEO tools, CRM platforms, and social media management software.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience with design tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
