Trade Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a Trade Marketing Specialist to join our Trade Marketing team at Bolton Hellas.

 

How you make the difference

The Trade Marketing Specialist supports the planning, execution, and evaluation of customer promotions to drive sales performance. The role also monitors sales trends, supports forecasting and inventory management, and tracks customer plans against KPIs.

 

How your agenda looks like:

  • Manage and optimize promotional plans, monitoring activities (including competitors), evaluating ROI, and recommending improvements;
  • Develop and support trade activations (events, competitions, PoS materials, promotions) in collaboration with KAMs and Product Managers;
  • Provide sales support tools and materials, including presentations, sales folders, PoS materials, and action plans tracked against KPIs;
  • Analyze market, sales, and distribution data to monitor performance, support projects, and link sell-in with sell-out results;
  • Support sales planning and forecasting, consolidating information on promotions, listings, and tracking performance vs. targets;
  • Contribute to trade development and category plans, coordinating merchandising activities and supporting data-driven and digital trade initiatives.

Your team:

You will report directly to the Trade Marketing Manager.
You will also closely collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Logistics, to ensure effective execution of trade activities.

 

What makes you a great fit:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field;
  • Work Experience: At least 2 years of experience in Trade Marketing or similar commercial roles, preferably within FMCG;
  • Strong analytical and planning skills;
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-changing environment and proactive approach;
  • Local language: Fluency in Greek and English.
