HR Business Partner (m/w/d) befristet als Elternzeitvertretung in Vollzeit oder Teilzeit

Wir suchen vorübergehend (Elternzeitvertretung ca. 16 Monate) einen Business Partner in People and Organization in Vollzeit oder Teilzeit (mind. 70%), um unser Team in unserer Klebstoffsparte bei UHU in Bühl zu verstärken.

Wie du dich einbringen kannst:

In dieser Aufgabe bist du ein zuverlässiger Business Partner über den gesamten Mitarbeiterzyklus für Führungskräfte und Arbeitnehmende von zugewiesenen Bereichen. Dein Fokus liegt auf den Mitarbeitenden (People) und der Organisation und deren Entwicklung.

So sehen deine Hauptaufgaben aus:

• Kompetente Beratung der Führungskräfte und Arbeitnehmenden in allen personalrelevanten und arbeitsrechtlichen Fragestellungen
• Sicherstellung einer modernen und bedarfsgerechten Personalbetreuung über den gesamten Mitarbeiterzyklus innerhalb eines zugewiesenen, kaufmännischen Bereichs
• Beratung von Führungskräften und Arbeitnehmende bei organisatorischen Veränderungen sowie Begleitung von Veränderungsprozessen
• Steuerung und Umsetzung zentraler P&O-Prozesse wie z. B. Talent- und Performancemanagement, Personalplanung inkl. Recruiting und Nachfolgeplanung
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem gesamten nationalen und internationalen Team von People&Organization
• Begleiten von Personalgesprächen aller Art in enger Zusammenarbeit und Abstimmung mit den Führungskräften
• Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der Ausbildung sowie der dualen Studiengänge am Standort - von der Gewinnung und Auswahl geeigneter Auszubildender und dual Studierender über die Begleitung während der gesamten Ausbildungs- bzw. Studienzeit bis hin zur Zusammenarbeit mit Ausbilder:innen, Hochschulen, Berufsschulen und weiteren relevanten Partnern
• Vertrauensvolle Zusammenarbeit mit der Arbeitnehmervertretung am Standort
• Eigenständige Übernahme und Mitwirkung von und bei nationalen und internationalen P&O-Projekten, insbesondere in der Mitwirkung beim Umzug an einen neuen Verwaltungsstandort innerhalb Bühls
• Durchführung von Auswertungen und Analysen zu HR-Fragestellungen

Du arbeitest in unserem lokalen P&O Team am Standort Bühl und berichtest an den HR Manager.

Was dich zu einer idealen Besetzung macht:

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Personalmanagement oder vergleichbar
• Wünschenswert mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Personalabteilung
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel, Word, Outlook und Power Point
• Verhandlungssichere Sprachkenntnisse in Englisch in Wort und Schrift
• Fundierte Kenntnisse im Arbeits- und idealerweise Tarifrecht Chemie sowie in allen Hauptprozessen über den gesamten Mitarbeiterzyklus
• Ausbilderschein (AdA-Schein) von Vorteil
• Ausgeprägtes selbständiges und vorausschauendes Arbeiten sowie strukturierte, kreative und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise verbunden mit unternehmerischem Denken und Handeln
• Hohe Kompetenz für Beratung und Moderation, gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Empathie und Diplomatie verbunden mit souveränem und professionellem Auftreten

We are looking for a Business Partner in People and Organization on a temporary basis (to cover parental leave for approximately 16 months), either full-time or part-time (minimum 70%), to strengthen our team in the adhesives division at UHU in Bühl.

How you make the difference:

In this role, you will act as a reliable business partner throughout the entire employee lifecycle for managers and staff in your assigned areas. Your focus will be on the staff (people) and the organization, and their development.

How your agenda looks like:

• Providing expert advice to managers and employees on all HR-related and employment law matters
• Ensuring modern and needs-based HR support throughout the entire employee lifecycle within an assigned business division
• Advising managers and employees on organisational changes and supporting change processes
• Managing and implementing key P&O processes, such as talent and performance management, workforce planning (including recruitment and succession planning)
• Working closely with the entire national and international People&Organisation team
• Supporting all types of staff appraisals in close collaboration and coordination with managers
• Overseeing and further developing apprenticeships and dual study programmes at the site – from the recruitment and selection of suitable apprentices and dual students, through support throughout the entire apprenticeship or study period, to collaboration with trainers, universities, vocational colleges and other relevant partners
• Working in a spirit of trust with the employee representatives at the site
• Independently taking on and contributing to national and international P&O projects, in particular by assisting with the relocation to a new administrative site within Bühl
• Carrying out evaluations and analyses relating to HR issues

Your team:

You will be working in our local P&O team at the Bühl site and will report to the HR Manager.

What makes you a great fit:

• A degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or a comparable subject
• Several years’ professional experience in a human resources department would be desirable
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
• Fluency in spoken and written English
• In-depth knowledge of employment law and, ideally, collective bargaining agreements in the chemical industry, as well as of all key processes throughout the entire employee lifecycle
• Apprenticeship trainer’s certificate (AdA certificate) would be an advantage
• A strong ability to work independently and proactively, combined with a structured, creative and responsible approach to work, alongside entrepreneurial thinking and action
• Highly competent in advising and facilitating, with good communication skills, empathy and diplomacy, combined with a confident and professional manner
