Wir suchen einen Mitarbeiter im Trade Marketing, um Bolton in unserer Klebstoffsparte bei UHU in Bühl zu verstärken.

Wie du dich einbringen kannst

In dieser Position bist du Teil eines motivierten und tatkräftigen Trade Marketing Teams und bist für die Wachstumspläne verschiedener Produktgruppen und Handelskanäle zuständig.

So sehen deine Hauptaufgaben aus:

• Erstellen und Umsetzen von Wachstumsplänen für verschiedene Produktgruppen für Deutschland und Österreich
• Ausbau der Marktanteile und Weiterentwicklung der Kunden in verschiedenen Handelskanälen
• Erstellung von jährlichen Aktivitätenplänen pro Handelspartner (online und offline) in enger Abstimmung mit den Key Account Managern
• Identifikation von Wachstumstreibern durch Analyse interner und externer Daten
• Ausarbeiten und Umsetzen von Category Management Projekten
• Konzeption und Koordination aller Trade Marketing Aktivitäten, POS-Materialien und Verkaufsunterlagen für Key Account Management und Außendienst für die verantworteten Kanäle
• Erfolgskontrolle und Optimierungsaktivitäten aller getroffenen Maßnahmen
• Planung, Steuerung und Kontrolle des Marketingbudgets

Du arbeitest im Trade Marketing Team und berichtest an den Manager Trade Marketing D/A.

Was dich zu einer idealen Besetzung macht:

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes BWL-Studium mit Schwerpunkt Marketing bzw. Absatzwirtschaft
• Mindestens 3 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung im Bereich Trade Marketing/Vertrieb eines Konsumgüter- oder Handelsunternehmens (Food, Drogerie, DIY)
• Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von Promotions und Verkaufsförderungs-Maßnahmen
• Hohes konzeptionelles und analytisches Denkvermögen
• Ausgeprägtes unternehmerisches Denken, Eigeninitiative und Ergebnisorientierung
• Teamplayer mit Kommunikations- und Durchsetzungsvermögen
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Product Manager, Trade Marketing, Germany/Austria (Temporary) (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Trade Marketing Specialist to join the Bolton team in our adhesives division at UHU in Bühl.

How you make the difference

In this role, you'll be part of a motivated and dynamic trade marketing team and will be responsible for the growth plans of various product groups and retail channels.

How your agenda looks like:

• Developing and implementing growth plans for various product groups in Germany and Austria
• Expanding market share and fostering customer growth across various retail channels
• Development of annual activity plans for each retail partner (online and offline) in close coordination with the Key Account Managers
• Identification of growth drivers through the analysis of internal and external data
• Developing and implementing category management projects
• Creation and coordination of all trade marketing activities, point-of-sale materials, and sales collateral for key account management and the sales force across the assigned channels
• Monitoring the effectiveness and optimizing all implemented measures
• Planning, managing, and monitoring the marketing budget

Your team:

You will work on the Trade Marketing Team and report to the Trade Marketing Manager for Germany and Austria.

What makes you a great fit:

• Degree in business administration, economics, marketing, or similar
• Several years of professional experience in the FMCG sector, ideally in category management, trade marketing, or sales
• Experience in developing promotional campaigns and sales promotion initiatives
• Very strong analytical skills and strategic thinking
• Experience working with key accounts and customer-specific concepts
• Entrepreneurial thinking and a strong focus on results
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Assertiveness combined with teamwork and cooperation skills
• Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
