Wir suchen vorübergehend einen Supply Chain Coordinator in Vollzeit zur Verstärkung unseres Supply Plannings in unserem Klebstoffbereich bei UHU in Bühl.

Die Planung der internen und externen Produktion, die Materialdisposition und die Steuerung der Supply Planning Prozesse im zugewiesenen Bereich ist deine Stärke? Dann freuen wir uns auf deine Bewerbung.

So sehen deine Hauptaufgaben aus:

• Selbstständiges, verantwortungsvolles Planen und Steuern der externen Co-Packer und oder der internen Produktion (zugewiesener Bereich) inkl. vorausgehender Kapazitätsberechnungen
• Sicherstellung der Lieferfähigkeit aller zugeordneten Fertigwaren
• Materialdisposition und Bestellabwicklung von Produktionsmaterialien sowie die Abwicklung von Korrespondenz, Reklamationen, Terminüberwachung und Mahnungen
• Planen und Optimieren von Prozessketten sowie deren fortlaufende Dokumentation
• Abstimmung und Kooperation mit allen Bereichen in der Supply Chain (Einkauf, Produktion, Traffic, Demand Planning und Logistik)

Du arbeitest im lokalen Team Supply Planning am Standort Bühl, berichtest an den Manager Supply Planning und bist Teil des internationalen Supply Chain Teams.

Was dich zu einer idealen Besetzung macht:

• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit idealerweise abgeschlossene Weiterbildung im Bereich Logistik und oder Materialwirtschaft
• wünschenswert mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Materialdisposition, Einkauf und oder Planung eines produzierenden Betriebs und gutes Verständnis für vor- und nachgelagerte kaufmännische Produktionsprozesse
• Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office und SAP, insbesondere in Excel und vorzugsweise in SAP APO
• Selbstständige, strukturierte, proaktive, ergebnisorientierte, genaue und manchmal auch pragmatisch-lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise kombiniert mit unternehmerischem Denken und Handeln
• gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, freundliches und professionelles Auftreten, Engagement, Teamorientierung und Einfühlungsvermögen zeichnen dich aus
• Nachweislich gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

We are temporarily seeking a full-time Supply Chain Coordinator to strengthen our supply planning in our adhesives division at UHU in Bühl.

How you make the difference:

Are you skilled at planning internal and external production, material planning and managing supply planning processes in your assigned area? Then we look forward to receiving your application.

How your agenda looks like:

• Independent, responsible planning and management of external co-packers and/or internal production (assigned area), including preliminary capacity calculations
• Ensuring the deliverability of all assigned finished goods
• Material planning and order processing for production materials, as well as handling correspondence, complaints, deadline monitoring and reminders
• Planning and optimizing process chains and their ongoing documentation
• Coordination and cooperation with all areas of the supply chain (purchasing, production, traffic, demand planning and logistics)

Your team:

You will work in the local Supply Planning team at the Bühl site, report to the Manager Supply Planning and be part of the international Supply Chain team.

What makes you a great fit:

• Completed commercial training, ideally with further training in logistics and/or materials management
• Several years of professional experience in materials planning, purchasing and/or planning in a manufacturing company and a good understanding of upstream and downstream commercial production processes would be desirable
• Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP, especially Excel and preferably SAP APO
• Independent, structured, proactive, results-oriented, accurate and sometimes pragmatic, solution-oriented approach to work combined with entrepreneurial thinking and action
• Good communication skills, friendly and professional manner, commitment, team orientation and empathy are your hallmarks
• Proven good knowledge of German and English
