Business Controller - Bolton Serbia
We are looking for a Junior Business Controller to join our F&A team in Bolton International – Bolton Serbia based in Novi Beograd.
How you make the difference
The role’s main responsibilities will be providing support in financial planning, budgeting and forecasting processes, and collaborating with various departments to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
How your agenda looks like:
- Assist in preparing and delivering timely financial reports, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and monthly closing activities.
- Analyze business performance metrics, identifying trends and providing actionable insights to senior management.
- Collaborate with departments to implement cost-saving initiatives, monitor progress, and report on realized benefits.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to operational teams, offering guidance and financial expertise to drive business objectives and improve profitability.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and external regulations.
- Perform ad-hoc financial analyses to support business cases, investment appraisals, and management requests.
- Take part in various projects as needed, contributing your expertise to enhance business performance and strategic outcomes.

What makes you a great fit:
- Master’s Degree in Economics or Equivalent
- Minimum of 2 Years of Professional Experience
- Experience in an Audit Firm is Advantageous
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong Attention to Detail and Precision
- Effective Collaboration Skills Across Cross-Functional Teams
- Fluency in Croatian and English
