Field & Traditional Trade Manager

We are looking for a Field & Traditional Trade Manager to join Bolton Romania.

How you make the difference

You will be in charge of driving sales growth through effective management of Traditional Trade key players and distributors, while ensuring excellent in-store execution across Modern Trade. You will lead negotiations, optimize 4P visibility, and support the achievement of sales objectives through strong operational execution.

How your agenda looks like:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and achieve business objectives in Traditional Trade.
• Build and manage strategic partnerships with key distributors, negotiating agreements and driving mutual growth.
• Ensure excellent in-store execution across Modern Trade by optimizing 4P implementation and visibility.
• Lead and develop effective field execution models, processes, and performance standards.
• Monitor market trends, sales performance, and KPIs, identifying opportunities and driving corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of commercial initiatives.

Your team:

You will directly report to our Sales Manager, and work closely with internal stakeholders, including Accounting, Logistics, Trade Marketing, and Marketing teams, to ensure effective collaboration and business alignment.

What makes you great fit:

• 6+ years of experience in similar roles, preferably within the FMCG sector.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Leadership experience with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-changing environment.
• Fluent in Romanian and English (Italian is a nice to have).
