Product Manager Personal Care - Bolton Romania

We are looking for a Product Manager Personal Care to join Bolton Romania.

 

How you make the difference

As Product Manager Personal Care, you will play a key role in shaping the marketing and trade marketing strategies of our Personal Care portfolio in Romania. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing plans that drive brand growth, ensure strong in-store presence, and support commercial success. Reporting to the Marketing Director Romania, you will work closely with cross-functional teams locally and internationally, contributing to both operational excellence and strategic initiatives.

 

How your agenda looks like:

•  Support the Marketing Director in defining marketing and trade strategies for assigned brands.

•  Develop and implement annual marketing and trade marketing plans, including related budgets.

•  Manage product assortments, including development of artworks and ensuring compliance with Romanian legislation.

•  Oversee stickering processes, special packs, and budget allocation.

•  Coordinate new product launches: presentations for trade, consumer activation plans, 3-year volume and P&L forecasts, PR kits.

•  Collaborate with the Sales team for monthly and yearly forecast updates and adjustments.

•  Create promotional SKUs and retailer-specific items.

•  Monitor and analyze performance:

  • Monthly sell-in analysis by range and item
  • Quarterly Nielsen sell-out data analysis
  • Promotion reactivity and competition tracking reports

•  Plan and monitor in-store and out-of-store brand activities: sampling, TMA campaigns, brand events, sponsorships.

•  Adaptation of TV & digital and social media content; oversee local brand websites and pages.

•  Monitor SEA and social media performance metrics.

•  Own the marketing and trade marketing budget: monthly tracking and adjustment.

 

Your team:

You will report to the Marketing Director Romania and collaborate closely with:

  • Local teams: Sales, Customer Service
  • Central functions in Italy: Marketing, Digital, Finance, Legal, and Supply Chain
  • External agencies: creative, BTL, social media

  • 5 + years of experience in marketing, ideally FMCG and personal care categories
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset
  • Structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-changing environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • A collaborative team player with a willingness to learn and grow
  • Fluent in Romanian and English (Italian is a plus)
