Trade Marketing Junior Specialist

We are looking for a Trade Marketing Junior Specialist to join Bolton Hungary.

 

How you make the difference

This role ensures the effective execution of trade marketing activities, strengthens brand performance at the point of sale, and provides data-driven insights to support commercial decisions.

 

How your agenda looks like:

  • Support new product and brand launch preparations (including key brands such as Rio Mare and Borotalco), ensuring alignment and execution at POS together with distributors and internal teams.
  • Monitor market and brand performance using Nielsen data and internal/external tools, providing regular analysis and insights to support category and trade strategy.
  • Lead trade marketing execution by developing sell-in/sell-out materials, tracking distributor performance at POS, and ensuring execution excellence.
  • Support supply chain and commercial planning by assisting in monthly order planning and improving processes with distributors.
  • Manage digital and social media activities, including content localisation, agency coordination, and influencer/community management.
  • Support consumer engagement initiatives such as sampling activities, events, and in-store activations.

 

Your team:

You will directly report to our Sales & Marketing Manager.

 

What makes you a great fit:

  • Education: University degree (Marketing, Business, Economics or similar)
  • Work Experience: 1–2 years in trade marketing, brand, or sales support roles. A previous experience in the FMCG sector is preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Strong analytical mindset, experience with data tools (e.g. Nielsen), good project coordination and communication skills.
  • Someone who never stops learning and is genuinely hungry to make a difference.
  • Local language: Hungarian and English required; Italian is a plus.
