R&D Formula Intern
We are looking for a R&D Formula Intern to join our Research & Development team, in our Home & Personal Care Business Unit based in Calenzano.

R&D translates ideas into consumer experience. In addition, good development activity is crucial to support production and sales. With this position, you will concretely contribute with enthusiasm and competence to generating innovation and value, real pillars for Bolton.
How your agenda looks like:
- Develop new product formulations, as required from time to time by project briefs
- Implement the formulas at the various production sites, and will take care of the formulaic management of the existing portfolio (regulatory reformulations/adjustments)
- Critical interpretation of experimental results;
- Ability to organize one's work methodically and rigorously
- Ability to manage, store and report on timely experimental data
- Ability to interface with other internal R&D functions and with subcontractor personnel
Your team:
Direct reporting to the Product Development Manager, you will also collaborate and work with the R&D team.
What makes you a great fit:
- Education: Chimical Degrees or similiar
- Technical Skills: main analytical techniques such as: IR, GC, Ion Chromatography, HPLC, titrations
- Local language: Italian, English
