HSEE Supervisor
We are looking for a HSEE Supervisor to join our Health, Safety, Environment & Energy in our business unit Bolton Food based in Italy.
How you make the difference
In this role, you will contribute to developing a strong safety culture and effective environmental management across facilities, workplaces and employee behaviors.
How your agenda looks like:
- You will collaborate with the HSEE Manager for the maintenance and implementation of systems regarding environmental management (ISO 14001, 50001), actively working emission and consumption reduction.
- You will collaborate with the RSPP for the management, maintenance and implementation of the Safety Management System (ISO 45001).
- You will collaborate with Maintenance and Engineering to define HSEE requirements and manage authorizations and you will support Manufacturing Excellence in Safety & Nature pillars.
- You will manage periodic monitoring plans expected by the AIA and the AIDA portal, as well as ETS regulations and the related portal.
- You will plan furniture for Personal Protective Equipment and oversee waste management (authorizations, registers, MUD, e-PRTR etc.).
- You will handle relationships with external suppliers and Public Authorities (Customs, Province, Fire Brigade, ARPA, ATS) and prepare documentation and applications for CPI and building permits.
- You will actively participate in initiatives within the STOP/DuPont safety culture improvement program.
Your team:
You will become part of the Health, Safety, Environment & Energy Team in Cermenate Plant, reporting to the HSEE Manager.
What makes you a great fit:
- Degree in Environmental/Energy/Safety Engineering or related fields.
- At least 5 years of experience in similar roles.
- Strong command of environmental, health and safety regulations, as well as the main industry guidelines.
- Excellent knowledge of the Office suite, with strong proficiency in Excel.
- English level C1.
- Knowledge of SAP is considered a plus.
- Accuracy, good communication skills and the ability to build solid relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel.
