Main Activities

 

 

Reporting to the PSO Controlling Manager will be responsible for:

 

· Managing closing activities, tracking and forecasting of production and transformation costs for the Italian legal entity;

· Analyzing production cost variances;

· Analyzing plant economic performance vs KPIs and acting as a business partner for the Industrial team;

· Preparing cost reports related to new launches/products and payback analysis for investments;

 

What we are looking for

 

  • Master's Degree in Economics and Finance or Management Engineering;
  • Experience in controlling of 2-3 years, preferably in MNCs or FMCG;
  • Good knowledge of IT systems such as OFFICE Suite;
  • Knowledge of SAP is considered a preferential requirement;
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English;

 

  • Being passionate and strongly interested in food products and trends;
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to plan his/her own work according to priorities and urgencies;
  • Able to collect and critically interpret data and numbers to ensure a strong focus on continuous improvement and excellence in execution;
  • A proactive and fast learner keen to evolve, challenging himself/herself daily in order to reach excellence and focus on customers and stakeholders satisfaction;
  • A fully accountable and people-oriented team player able to instill trust and build meaningful relationships with internal and external stakeholders;
  • A dynamic and flexible professional capable to adapt swiftly and manage a fast moving and demanding environment.
