Job Title: Process Engineer

Department: Industrial Operations

Main Activities

  • Optimization of production processes through the processing and study of production data;
  • Application of the fundamentals of Lean Production concepts;
  • Interface with line operators, department heads and maintenance engineers for the implementation of actions aimed at continuous improvement;
  • Analysis of the costs of its reference area with a view to supporting business development in defining the feasibility of the product and technical evaluation of the launch of new investments;
  • Participation in daily follow-ups;
  • Management of continuous improvement projects.

Requirements

  • Degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering or similar;
  • Previous experience in the role;
  • Excellent knowledge of the Office suite and Excel;
  • Fluent use of the English language;
  • Proactivity, excellent communication and interpersonal skills and building solid relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

 

Location: Cermenate (CO) We offer a 6-month paid extra-curricular internship contract. In the factory there is a company canteen.
