Process Engineer
We are looking for a Process Engineer to join our Industrial Department in our business unit Bolton Food & Trimarine based in Italy.
How you make the difference
You will be responsible for optimization of production processes, respecting the quality and food safety standards set.
How your agenda looks like:
- You will be responsible for optimization of production processes through the processing and study of production data;
- You will apply the fundamentals of Lean Production concepts;
- You will interact with line operators, line leaders, team leaders and maintenance engineers for the implementation of actions aimed at continuous improvement;
- You will be responsible for the analysis of the costs of your reference area, in order to support the business development in defining the feasibility of the product and technical evaluation of the launch of new investments;
Your team:
You will become part of the Industrial Team in Cermenate Plant, reporting to the Production Manager.
What makes you a great fit:
- Degree in Food, Chemical or Mechanical Engineering or similar;
- Previous experience in the role (a plus);
- Excellent knowledge of the Office suite and Excel;
- Fluent use of the Italian & English languages;
- Proactivity, excellent communication and interpersonal skills and building solid relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
