Mission:

The resource will be placed within the Quality Assurance Department and will have the opportunity to support the Quality Management System in line with Bolton Food's Policies and as required by the various certification references in place.

Main activities:

• Manage consumer complaints from the Italian and International markets for the brands: Rio Mare, SPQ, Palmera, Simmenthal and Spuntì.

• Interfacing with consumers on the national territory in order to manage particular situations, examining hypotheses and possible resolutions.

• Interface with the Bolton Companies in order to verify what has been reported and retrieve complementary data.

•Process consumer complaint data to issue monthly reports.

Requirements:

•Degree in Nutritional Sciences, Food Sciences, Biology and similar;

•Fluent English;

• Interest in food safety / management systems / Italian and European regulations;

•Good communication skills with internal and external stakeholders;

•Previous work experience in contact with the public will be considered a plus;

•Honesty, empathy, positive attitude, willingness to learn, critical thinking and propensity to work in a team complete the profile.

The place of work is Cermenate (CO). We offer a 6-month paid extra-curricular internship contract. In the factory there is a company canteen.
