Sourcing Quality Assurance Assistant - Intern
We are looking for a Sourcing Quality Assurance Assistant to join our Quality Department in our business unit Bolton Food based in Italy.
How you make the difference
Assisting in the management and updating of technical documentation and supplier processes, including compliance, approvals, and complaint resolution.
How your agenda looks like:
- You will support the updating and review of Suppliers’ technical documentation related to raw materials, packaging, and finished products.
- You will support in sending, reviewing and collecting company questionnaires received from suppliers.
- You will contribute to the approval process for new materials or new suppliers.
- You will support complaint management processes.
- You will help to manage supplier-related noncompliances.
Your team:
You will become part of the Quality Team in Cermenate Plant, reporting to the Quality Sourcing Manager Europe&AO.
What makes you a great fit:
- Degree in Food Engineering or Food Technology;
- Previous experience in the role (not mandatory);
- Excellent knowledge of the Office suite and Excel;
- Fluent use of the English language;
- Proactivity, accuracy, excellent communication and interpersonal skills and building solid relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
