Traffic Assistant
We are looking for a Traffic Assistant to join our Supply Chain (Warehouse & Logistic) Department in our business unit Bolton Food based in Italy.
How you make the difference
You will carry out all relevant logistics activities to ensure the fulfillment of transport and distribution requests for finished products to international markets.
How your agenda looks like:
- You will manage order entry and processing through the SAP system;
- You will prepare shipping documentation, including the required specifications for each individual country (EU and non-EU) in accordance with applicable regulations;
- You will correctly apply national and international regulations and related administrative and legal requirements;
- You will manage the verification of customs documents (customs bills);
- You will manage daily interactions with the ATS veterinarian and prepare export eligibility certificates;
- You will work on a daily basis with internal departments such as Quality Assurance, Warehouse, Administration, Planning, and Bolton International.
Your team:
You will become part of the Warehouse & Logistic Team in Cermenate Plant, reporting to the Traffic Supervisor.
What makes you a great fit:
- High school diploma;
- Previous experience in similar roles is considered a plus;
- Excellent knowledge of the Office suite, with strong proficiency in Excel;
- Knowledge of SAP is considered a plus;
- English proficiency at C1 level;
- Accuracy, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build solid relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
