HR Administration & Payroll Specialist
We are looking for an HR Administration & Payroll Specialist to join our HR Team in the Benelux region, based in Goes or Rotterdam.

You play a vital role in ensuring accurate and efficient HR administration and payroll processing for our employees across the Netherlands and Belgium. By maintaining reliable HR systems, handling sensitive information with discretion, and supporting both employees and managers you help create a seamless employee experience and a strong HR foundation for Bolton in the Benelux region.
How your agenda looks like:
• Process and maintain personnel and payroll administration in collaboration with external providers.
• Ensure timely and accurate salary processing and compliance with local labor legislation.
• Prepare employment contracts, changes, and other HR documentation.
• Provide clear and consistent information to employees regarding employment conditions, benefits, and policies.
• Support HR audits, reporting, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to optimize HR workflows and digital processes.
• Assist HR Business Partners and the HR Manager with ongoing projects and ad-hoc tasks.
Your team:
You will report to the HR Manager and work closely with HR colleagues and business partners across our three Business Units: Adhesives, HPC Beauty, and International, supporting around 330 employees in the Netherlands and Belgium.
What makes you a great fit:
• MBO+ or Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar HR role, ideally in an international organization.
• Solid understanding of payroll processes and labor legislation in the Netherlands and preferably also Belgium.
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.
• Discreet, proactive, and service-oriented with strong attention to detail.
• A hands-on problem solver who enjoys working in a dynamic environment.
• Nice to have: Experience with both Dutch and Belgian labor contracts and legislation, and a proactive mindset to identify and implement improvements that make HR processes more efficient.
