Voor onze Logistics afdeling in Goes (NL) zijn we op zoek naar een Logistiek Supervisor Distributiecentrum om ons team bij Bolton Adhesives te versterken.

Hoe jij het verschil maakt

Je zorgt voor een soepel en efficiënt verloop van de werkzaamheden binnen ons distributiecentrum. Verder ben je verantwoordelijk voor het toezicht op dagelijkse logistieke activiteiten en het team van order pickers en reachtruckchauffeurs, het waarborgen van de veiligheid en het optimaliseren van de productiviteit om aan de hoge kwaliteits- en efficiëntiestandaarden te voldoen.

Hoe je agenda eruitziet:

• Plannen en Coördineren: Leidinggeven aan dagelijkse logistieke activiteiten in het magazijn, met optimale personeelsplanning en workflow-efficiëntie.
• Tijdige en Volledige Levering Garanderen: Processen beheren om tijdige en volledige levering van producten aan klanten te waarborgen.
• Toezicht op Veiligheid en Naleving: Toezien op naleving van veiligheids-, gezondheids-, Arbo- en milieueisen, evenals bedrijfsvoorschriften.
• Communicatie met Stakeholders: Sterke communicatie onderhouden met interne en externe partijen om processen op elkaar af te stemmen.
• Prestaties Registreren en Rapporteren: Magazijnactiviteiten en personeelsplanning bijhouden en rapporteren.
• Continue Verbetering: Initiëren van verbeteractiviteiten, werkinstructies bijwerken en procedures stroomlijnen.

Je team:

Je rapporteert direct aan de Logistiek Manager en werkt nauw samen met een toegewijd team van order pickers en reachtruckchauffeurs, waarbij je een leidende rol speelt in hun ontwikkeling en prestatiebeoordeling.

Wat maakt jou een goede match?

• Opleiding: MBO+ of HBO-niveau in Logistiek Management of een gerelateerd vakgebied.
• Ervaring: Minimaal 3 jaar in een vergelijkbare leidinggevende functie binnen een logistieke omgeving.
• Technische Vaardigheden: Ervaring met SAP en Warehouse Management Systemen (WMS).
• Kernvaardigheden: Sterk in plannen en organiseren met een resultaatgerichte instelling; natuurlijke leiderschapsvaardigheden met goede communicatieve vaardigheden.

  Veiligheidsbewustzijn: Veiligheidsbewust met een proactieve houding om verbeteringen door te voeren.

We are looking for a Logistic Supervisor Distribution Centre to join our Logistics team within our Adhesives business unit based in the Netherlands.

How you make the difference

This position is essential to Bolton Adhesives as it ensures the smooth and efficient flow of operations within our distribution center. You will be responsible for overseeing daily logistics activities, ensuring safety, and optimizing productivity to meet high standards of quality and efficiency.

How your agenda looks like:

• Plan and Coordinate Daily Operations: Lead daily logistics activities in the warehouse, ensuring optimal personnel planning and workflow efficiency.
• Ensure On-Time, In-Full Delivery: Manage processes to ensure timely and complete delivery of products to customers.
• Safety and Compliance Oversight: Monitor and uphold safety, health, environmental, and company policy standards.
• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain strong communication with internal and external parties to align processes.
• Performance Tracking and Reporting: Track and report warehouse activities and staff scheduling.
• Continuous Improvement: Initiate improvement activities, update work instructions, and streamline procedures.

Your team:

You will report directly to the Logistics Manager and work closely with a dedicated team of warehouse staff, taking a lead role in their development and performance management.

What makes you a great fit:

• Education: MBO+ or HBO level in Logistics Management or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in a similar supervisory role within a logistics environment.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Core Skills: Strong planning and organizing skills with a results-oriented approach; natural leadership ability with strong communication skills.
• Safety Awareness: Safety-conscious with a proactive approach to driving improvements.
