Medewerker Customer Service

Voor onze Logistics afdeling in Goes (NL) zijn we op zoek naar een Medewerker Customer Service (m/v) om ons team bij Bolton Adhesives te versterken.

Hoe jij het verschil maakt

Jij zorgt voor correcte orderverwerking, een vlotte afhandeling van klantvragen en klachten en waarborgt een uitstekende service. Je bent de schakel tussen onze klanten, logistieke processen en interne afdelingen.

Hoe je agenda eruitziet:

• Orderbegeleiding: Controleren en invoeren van orders, bewaken van de voortgang, en communiceren van afwijkingen.
• Klantcontacten: Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor klanten, uitwisselen van informatie, en bevorderen van klantrelaties.
• Klantafspraken: Monitoren van klantprocessen, verzamelen van gegevens, en zorgen voor follow-up.
• Administratie & facturatie: Up-to-date houden van klantgegevens, transportdata, en voorraadmutaties en zorgen voor correcte facturatie.
• Klachtenafhandeling: Vastleggen, onderzoeken, en afwikkelen van klachten en claims.
• Procesverbetering: Signaleren van obstakels en voorstellen van verbeteringen.

Je team:

Je rapporteert direct aan de Logistiek Manager en werkt nauw samen met interne afdelingen om klanttevredenheid en operationele efficiëntie te garanderen.

Wat maakt jou een goede match?

• Opleiding: MBO+ werk- en denkniveau
• Ervaring: Relevante werkervaring in een vergelijkbare functie binnen een logistieke omgeving.
• Technische Vaardigheden: Ervaring met SAP en Microsoft Office.
• Talen: Nederlands en Engels
• Kernvaardigheden: Klantgericht, nauwkeurig, zelfstandig en communicatief vaardig

Customer Service

We are looking for an Employee Customer Service to join our Logistics team within our Adhesives business unit based in the Netherlands.

How you make the difference

In this position you ensure an accurate order processing, effective customer communication and smooth complaint handling. You act as the link between our customers, logistic processes and internal departments.

How your agenda looks like:

• Order Management: Check and process orders, monitor progress, and communicate any deviations.
• Customer Contact: Serve as the primary contact for customers, exchange information, and foster customer relationships.
• Customer Agreements: Monitor customer processes, collect data, and ensure follow-ups.
• Administration & invoicing: Keep customer data, transport data, and inventory records up-to-date, and ensure accurate invoicing.
• Complaint Handling: Record, investigate, and resolve customer complaints and claims.
• Process Improvement: Identify obstacles and propose process improvements.

Your team:

You will report directly to the Logistics Manager and work closely together with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

What makes you a great fit:

• Education: MBO+ level
• Experience: Relevant experience in a similar position within a logistics environment.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office
• Languages: Dutch and English
• Core Skills: Customer focus, accuracy, independence and strong communication skills
