We are looking for Process Technologist to join our Operations Team in our Adhesives Business Unit based in Netherlands.

How you make the difference

The Process Technologist is the site subject-matter expert for manufacturing processes, process capability and scale-up. The role combines hands-on production support with structured process improvement and technical project execution.

How your agenda looks like:

• Maintain and expand relationships with customers
• Analyze and optimize production processes to improve efficiency, quality, and throughput
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations.
• Lead the transfer of new products and formulations from R&D to Production
• Troubleshooting & Root Cause Analysis
• Support capital investment projects and participate in factory improvement projects
• Improvements of production performance

Your team:

You will report to the SHEQ Manager and work closely together with the Operations, R&D and Engineering Team in Goes.

What makes you a great fit:

• Education: Bachelor's degree (BSc) in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, Chemistry or a comparable discipline; master's degree is an advantage
• Work Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience in process technology, process engineering or manufacturing engineering within the chemical, adhesive, coatings, formulation-based or comparable process industry
• Technical skills: Mixing, rheology/viscosity, pumping, dosing, scale-up, process validation and production equipment.
• Project skills, Digital skills, Analytical and Stakeholdermanagement
• Local language: Y, preferable Dutch and English
