Quality Assurance Assistant

Bolton Food Spain is looking for brilliant candidates to cover the position of Quality Assurance Assistant, an internship position that will help the Quality Assurance Department and the R&D Department to support product validation, documents management and the continuous improvement of both the plants of Grove and Cabo de Cruz.
What are you going to do:
You will be actively part of our dynamic and potential team of Quality Assurance, being in charge of:
- Support product validation by ensuring that technical product specifications are met during production.
- Assist in continuous improvement projects, such as temperature regression analysis in cookers.
- Prepare technical reports related to product validation.
- Validate new raw materials to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Update R&D folders with recipes and project-related information.
- Perform product validation directly on production lines.
- Contribute to factory improvement projects, including evaluations of loin defrosting processes and the development of new products.
What we are searching for:
- Master’s Degree in Food Technologies, Chemistry or similar (preferred);
- Proficiency in Suite Office (Word, Power Point, Excel):
- Proficient in Spanish and in English, other languages such as French or Italian will be positively valued;
- A motivated young neo-professional eager to grow and evolve professionally;
- A proactive and fast learner keen to evolve, challenging himself/herself daily in order to reach excellence and focus on customers and stakeholders satisfaction;
- A fully accountable and an effective communicator, able to instill trust and build meaningful relationships with internal and external stakeholders;
- A dynamic, resilient and flexible professional capable to adapt swiftly and manage a fast moving and demanding environment.
