Senior Accountant & Procurement Specialist - Bolton Swiss
We are looking for a Senior Accountant & Procurement Specialist to join our F&A Team in Bolton Swiss and Bolton Austria.
How you make the difference
This position is crucial for Bolton as it strengthens our local Finance & Administration team, ensuring efficient accounting and procurement processes. The role directly contributes to business stability and operational excellence by optimizing financial management and supplier relations.
How your agenda looks like:
- Overseeing statutory and package accounting, ensuring accurate bookkeeping of purchases, expenses, and bank statements. Managing tax and legal declarations (VAT, Intrastat, ARA) while ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Handling bank payments, account reconciliations, and credit collection activities. Monitoring cash flow to optimize financial management.
- Managing corporate audit activities, ensuring compliance with fiscal and legal regulations, and liaising with external consultants.
- Overseeing privacy policy updates and related compliance tasks.
- Handling procurement activities.
- Managing fixed costs and overheads.
- Preparing financial and sales reports to support business decisions.
- Acting as a point of reference for IT activities, including device management and EDI flow coordination, ensuring smooth operational processes.
Your team:
The role reports to the F&A Manager and is part of the finance team.
What makes you a great fit:
- Over 3 years of experience in accounting, analytics, or similar roles, with strong organizational and time management abilities
- Excellent communication skills and attention to details, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines
- Ability to work effectively in an international team environment
- Fluent in Italian and English (German is a plus)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and experienced with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics Business Central/Navision), Microsoft Power BI, and EDI flow
