Bolton International - Internship Accounting & Reporting

Join the Bolton International Finance & Administration Department as an Accounting and Reporting Intern to strengthen our team and gain invaluable experience in the world of finance.

Your Responsibilities:

Accounting and Finance Activities:

• Manage the invoice authorization process;
• Payments management;
• Handle electronic invoice downloads efficiently;
• Perform day-to-day bookkeeping tasks;
• Conduct checks on customer and supplier ledgers;
• Assist in the preparation of VAT declarations;
• Extract data for green tax calculations;
• Oversee and coordinate activities conducted by business consultants;
• Provide support to finance teams during legal audits.

Reporting Activities:

• Prepare weekly sales reports;
• Assist finance teams in monthly closing activities, including P&L and BS tasks such as general ledger checks, accruals definition and intercompany reconciliations;
• Contribute to the preparation of cash plans;
• Aid in the preparation of specific analyses, including variance, pricing, and complexity reduction;
• Collaborate with the finance team to create compelling PowerPoint presentations for monthly results and budget reports.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Economics;
• Strong analytical skills;
• Proficiency in English;
• Excellent knowledge of Excel;
• Comfortable working with PowerPoint;
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills are key for success in this role.
