Bolton Group - Junior Business Controller

Bolton Group is looking for a Junior Business Controller to join our Group F&A team.

Reporting to the Controller, the resource will be responsible for:

• Preparation of financial reports and related analysis;
• Preparation of Group reporting referring to Balance Sheet and to P&L items;
• Collaborate with the Reporting Controller about the reporting of the Holding;
• Help to prepare business presentations to the Board.

Skills and competencies:

• Master’s degree in economics or equivalent;
• 2-3 years of experience in auditing firms or in finance controlling roles;
• Excellent knowledge of Excel;
• Perfectly fluent in Italian & English;
• Knowledge of Tagetik is considered a plus;
• High precision and attention to details;
• Ability to create strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders;
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams;
• Team player, positive attitude to work, pragmatic &problem solving approach.
