Bolton Group - Sustainable Development Specialist

We are looking for a passionate and resilient Sustainable Development Specialist to join our Group Sustainable Development team who shall prove a strong orientation for sustainability data management, ESG data controlling and an average knowledge on they key international reporting standards, like:  ESRS standards, GRI and ISSB, , GHG protocol and EU Taxonomy..

Responsibilities:

• Reinforcing the Group's reporting team to align with upcoming legislations, ensuring the monitoring of ESG performance, and leading a new data-driven awareness within the Group to support business decisions through sustainability data.
• Providing support for the preparation and review of company ESG reporting documents (Non-Financial Disclosure, Global Compact Communication on Progress, Sustainability Reporting, etc.), ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant guidelines.
• Supporting the development of robust Double Materiality analysis, in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders and identifying the key ESG Risks, in collaboration with the Group ERM.
• Leading the implementation of new tools for quarterly measuring the environmental and social performances of the company, ensuring  the alignment with Bolton Sustainable Development strategy, compliance with/anticipation of the international ESG evolutions, and leveraging on current digital systems of the Group.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in economics, engineering or any other ESG connected discipline; a major in sustainability is considered a plus;
• At least 2 years of experience in Corporate Sustainability Reporting;
• Excellent professional knowledge of English language, basic knowledge of Italian, any other language is considered a plus;
• Good management of professional relations and excellent communication skills;
• FMCG sector knowledge is a plus;
• Strong will to achieve fixed goals and passion for details;
• Team working attitude and careful respect of work/life balance of colleagues;
• Entrepreneurial spirit will be appreciated;
• Good project management skills will be appreciated: from idea generation to delivery.
