Business Controlling Specialist
We are looking for a Business Controlling Specialist to join our Group F&A Team based in Milan.
How you make the difference
This role is key for Bolton as you will ensure accurate financial and business reporting, support Group and BU decision-making, and contribute to the standardization and improvement of controlling processes.
How your agenda looks like:
- Prepare financial reports and perform related analysis to support business decisions;
- Assist in the preparation of Group reporting, including Balance Sheet and P&L items;
- Collaborate with the Reporting Controller on the reporting of the Holding;
- Support the preparation of business presentations for the Board;
- Leverage digital tools and innovative technologies to enhance reporting efficiency and support data-driven decision-making.
Your team:
You’ll directly report to our Business Controlling Manager.
The role doesn't include direct reports.
What makes you a great fit:
- Education: master’s degree in Finance, Economics or related field;
- Work Experience: 1-2 years of experience in auditing firms or in finance controlling roles;
- Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with Tagetik is a plus;
- Tech-savvy professional with a passion for web coding, AI and transformation;
- Fluent in English;
- Strong analytical skills and attention to details.
