Business Intelligence Senior Specialist

We are looking for a Business Intelligence Senior Specialist to join Trade Marketing function in our Beauty Business Unit based in Milan.

How you make the difference

In this role, you will play a key part in transforming data into strategic insights that support business decision‑making and performance improvement. You will analyze sales trends, market dynamics, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and operational optimization.

You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop dashboards, reports, and analytical models that enhance visibility on business performance and guide strategic planning. By providing accurate, timely, and actionable intelligence, you will help improve forecasting accuracy, optimize processes, and strengthen data‑driven decision‑making across the organization.

How your agenda looks like:

• Lead the monthly Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process.
• Design and develop KPI dashboards to monitor business performance; introduce predictive models (forecasting, simulations, scenarios) in collaboration with Sales & Supply teams.
• Improve forecast accuracy by partnering with Sales, Trade & Marketing teams to validate projections in terms of net sales and volume.
• Ensure alignment between demand and commercial targets by defining launch volumes and overseeing base business roll-out.
• Integrate S&OP with financial planning (budget/rolling forecast), translating operational plans into financial outcomes in collaboration with the Finance Business Partner

Your team:

You will join the Italy Marketing & Trade Marketing team, collaborating closely with Sales and Finance

What makes you a great fit:

• Education: Master’s degree in Economics or related fields
• Work Experience: +3 years of experience in Trade Marketing, F&A, Sales or related field
• Technical Skills: proficiency in the Office suite, especially Excel and good analytical skills 
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking, with a proactive, autonomous approach and solid coordination and collaboration skills.
• Local Language: Excellent knowledge of italian and english
