As a Global Consumer Market Insight Specialist you will play a crucial role in driving consumer centricity across Bolton Food, delivering accurate and actionable insights to inform business decisions, focusing on both quantitative and qualitative research. |

This role combines strong analytical capabilities with a deep understanding of consumer behavior, motivations and market trends and it requires a balance of data crunching with the ability to connect data to real-world consumer contexts and opportunities. |

Your team: |
This position reports directly to the Global Consumer Market Insight Manager of Bolton Food. There are no direct reports for this role but you will work closely with different departments, especially with the Global and Local Marketing Teams and R&D. |
How you look like: Experience: 4/5 years of experience in quantitative research, either within research agencies or in the CMI department of FMCG companies. Experience in consumer research is required, with shopper research as a plus. Skills: Strong understanding of quantitative research methodologies and experience working with research agencies throughout the process.
