Group Compliance Manager
We are looking for Group Compliance Manager to join our Legal & Compliance Team based in Milan.

Compliance is crucial for Bolton to ensure adherence to all relevant legal and regulatory requirements, safeguarding its reputation and minimizing risk.
The Group Compliance Manager is responsible for implementing the Group Compliance System to ensure adherence to all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
In particular the Compliance Function leads directly GDPR, AI framework and Digital Compliance in general, Legislative Decree 231/01 and other corporate liability laws/regulations; Code of Conduct, Human Rights Policy, Whistleblowing System, Anti-fraud, AntiBribery and Corruption program.
The Compliance Function also supports the business by preventing legal issues, enhancing reputation, and ensuring that operations are conducted efficiently and ethically.
How your agenda looks like:
- Implement compliance programs to ensure the Group complies with applicable laws and regulations.
- Advise and support business in ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, engage with regulatory bodies and external partners, and lead training initiatives to strengthen the compliance culture.
- Maintain and update compliance documentation and reporting systems. This accountability is crucial for transparency and demonstrating compliance efforts.
- Define and implement compliance training programs to employees.
- Collaborate with legal teams to manage regulatory matters and industry-specific compliance challenges. This helps to foster a culture of compliance throughout the organization.
- Stay current on industry best practices and regulatory changes to ensure the company's compliance strategy is up-to-date.
Your team:
You’ll directly report to our Group Compliance Director.
No direct or functional reports.
What makes you a great fit:
- Law Master Degree. Qualification as a lawyer is a plus
- 5 years of previous experience in a similar role within international structured groups
- Technical Skills:
- Deep understanding of laws and regulations specific to the industry Bolton operate in.
- Ability to identify potential compliance risks and propose preventive solutions.
- Critical thinking and overview skills, identifying and taking care of the details that matter.
- Ability to use digital tools and platform to support compliance system management.
- Fluent English required
