Group Consolidation & Reporting Intern

We are looking for a Group Consolidation & Reporting Intern to join our Group F&A Team based in Milan.

 

How you make the difference

This position is important for Bolton as you will ensure the accuracy and consistency of Group financial reporting, supporting compliance with IFRS standards and fostering alignment across all subsidiaries.

 

How your agenda looks like:

  • Review the reporting packages sent by the subsidiaries;
  • Provide assistance in the intercompany reconciliation process, to ensure that the reconciliations are performed on a timely and accurate basis;
  • Provide support in the preparation of the quarterly, semi-annual and annual consolidated financial statements;
  • Interface with the Finance & Administration teams of the subsidiaries, to ensure the correct implementation of the Group accounting procedures and to improve reporting and consolidated financial statement processes.

 

Your team:

You’ll directly report to our Group Consolidation & Reporting Manager.

In the meantime, you’ll also have the opportunity to collaborate with the Group Controlling Department and the other HQ central functions.

 

What makes you a great fit:

  • Education: Master’s degree in Business Management, Administration, Economics or similar;
  • Good knowledge of IFRS accounting standards;
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Team-player and able to work with different stakeholders;
  • Focus on managing priorities and meeting deadlines;
  • Analytical capabilities and strong accuracy;
  • Local language: Fluent in Italian & English.
