HR Business Partner Global Functions
We are looking for a HR Business Partner Global Functions to join our HR team in Bolton Food Business Unit based in Milan, Italy.
How you make the difference
The position will play a crucial role in acting as the focal point for functional heads on key HR topics including organizational development and HR business partnership.
How your agenda looks like:
- Facilitate coherence between local organizational changes and global function requirements in collaboration with regional HR Directors and local HR Business Partners;
- Drive the HR partnership for the target population, managing international mobility, recruitment, salary reviews, promotions, and retention strategies;
- Coordinate performance and talent management processes within each function, ensuring effective aggregation and calibration of results, as well as career development;
- Support the head of function on global organizational projects that impact the entire function;
- Define and implement new ways of working and processes, while supporting management in cascading these changes through the organization.
Your team:
You will report directly to the HR Manager Global Functions.
What makes you a great fit:
Education: Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field;
Experience: 3-4 years in an HR role, preferably in a multinational environment;
Language: Proficiency in Italian and English is required, Spanish is nice to have;
