HR Business Partner Intern

We are looking for an HR Business Partner Intern to join our HR team in Bolton Food Business Unit based in Milan, Italy.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate to dive into the HR world, supporting global functions and the Italian Market, while participating in strategic organizational projects within a fast-moving multinational environment.

How your agenda looks like:

Data Analysis & Reporting: Support the HR team in collecting and analyzing personnel data to monitor key KPIs for both Global and Italian populations
Talent Acquisition & Interviewing: Support the full recruitment cycle by conducting CV screenings, managing candidate pipelines, and actively participating in first-round interviews to identify the best talent
Learning & Development: Support the planning and coordination of training sessions, ensuring effective organization of classes and a seamless learning experience for participants
Business Partnership Support: Provide operational support to HR Business Partners in their daily collaboration with functional heads and local managers on organizational topics
Performance & Talent Management: Help coordinate the performance evaluation cycle for the target population, supporting the team in aggregating data and preparing calibration materials.
Organizational Projects: Contribute to the implementation of new ways of working and support management in cascading organizational changes through the Italian and Global structures.

Your team:

You will report directly to the HR Manager Italy and Global Functions.

What makes you a great fit:

Education	Recent Degree in Business Administration, HR, Psychology, or a related field
Technical Skills	You are comfortable using numbers to tell a story and have a high attention to detail You are proficient with Excel (formulas & reporting) and know how to create great presentations in PowerPoint Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
Local Language	Proficiency in Italian and English is required, Spanish is nice to have
