HR Generalist Intern

We are looking for young graduates to join the HR Department of our offices in Milan.
 

What the role entails

• Recruiting (job posting, CV screening, feedback to the business line)
• Onboarding and pre-onboarding for New Hires
• Organization of training programs
• Reporting activities on new hires, job rotations, vacancies using SAP Success Factors
• Involvement in internal communication activities
• Creation of visual contents for the HR team using Canva and Power Point
• Constant interaction with internal stakeholders and business managers to support them with Recruitment and talent management

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Management, or Psychology with a focus on HR topics
• Fluent english
• Previous experience in HR will be considered a plus
• Solid knowledge of Office package
• A proactive, go-getter attitude
