HR Intern

We are looking for an HR Intern to join our HR Function in our Bolton Food Business Unit based in Italy.

The role will support the HR Team supporting all processes related to the end-to-end Employee Lifecycle and the system supporting them.

You will gain experience in both strategic and operational HR processes.

How your agenda looks like:

As Intern you will support the HR Center of Expertise Teams, more in details your agenda will look like:

Talent & Performance:

• Training and Development: Assisting in the development and delivery of training programs.

• Performance Management: Supporting performance review processes, including data entry and report generation

Compensation & Benefits

• Market Research: Researching industry trends and benchmarking compensation and benefits packages.

• Data Analysis: Analyzing compensation data to identify trends and potential disparities.

• Benefits Administration: Assisting with the administration of benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness programs.

HRIS & Data Analytics

• HRIS: Manage and maintain HRIS systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity, generate reports and analyze HR data to identify trends and insights.

• HR Analytics: support the data analysis, supporting the data driven approach applied to HR

What makes you a great fit:

• A Master’s degree in Economics, Humanities, or a related field (specialization in HR is a plus).

• Proficiency in Italian and English (both written and spoken), Spanish is a nice to have

• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, power Point).

• A flexible, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset.

• A passion for teamwork and achieving results in a collaborative environment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
