ICT Business Process Manager MarTech

We are looking for an ICT Business Process Manager MarTech to join our Group ICT Team based in Milan.

By driving strategic initiatives and fostering a culture of innovation, you play a pivotal role in elevating our marketing efforts to new heights and enhancing our customer and consumer experiences.

 

How your agenda looks like:

  • You regularly meet your business partners in the marketing function to understand their needs and translate them into effective technology solutions.
  • You analyze and re-engineer marketing processes to enhance productivity and customer experience.
  • You oversee the portfolio of ongoing and future MarTech initiatives by managing demand prioritization, in alignment with budgetary constraints.
  • You contribute to or lead directly projects within your domain
  • You explore emerging technologies to drive process innovation and efficiency
  • You ensure that the MarTech platforms are reliable and their users are satisfied.

 

Your team:

You’ll directly report to our ICT Director - Marketing and Media CoE.
The role does not include direct reports.

 

What makes you a great fit:

  • Education: Bachelors in IT, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related field. Master's/MBA in relevant areas (marketing, process optimization, IT strategy) is considered a plus.
  • Work Experience: 8+ years in IT roles related to MarTech (process management, business analysis, solution architecture). FMCG, cosmetic or similar industry experience preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of MarTech platforms such as websites, CMS, eCommerce, marketing automation, Social Media, DAM, CDP and others
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects internationally.
  • Certifications: Lean Six Sigma, PMP, ITIL are highly valued. Demand/change management certifications (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR) are beneficial.
  • Local language: Fluent in Italian and English.
  • Availability to travel to reach other sites in Italy and abroad.
