Integrated Media Specialist

We are looking for 2 Integrated Media Specialists to join our Marketing & Media Center of Excellence (CoE) at HQ:

  • 1 role focused on Food & Home Care
  • 1 role focused on Personal Care & Beauty

As an HQ function within the CoE, you will work closely with our Countries/Markets to support them in media strategy and execution, ensuring alignment with global guidelines while enabling local effectiveness.

How you make the difference

The Integrated Media specialist will join the media team who is the reference point and strategic business partner for both Categories and Countries. The role will help translate marketing ambitions into communication objectives and media strategies, ensuring the optimal mix of channels, tools, and investment allocations to deliver maximum effectiveness and efficiency.

As an Integrated Media Specialist, you will contribute to the definition and delivery of integrated campaigns and projects across BTL and ATL channels, ensuring strong coordination across stakeholders, efficient budget usage, and measurable business impact.

This is a hybrid role combining strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and analytical rigor.

 

How your agenda looks like:

  • Support the development of full-funnel media across key touchpoints;
  • Partner with Countries/Markets to understand local needs and support media strategy, planning, and execution in line with HQ frameworks;
  • Support and guide media choices with a critical and practical mindset, aiming to achieve the best results in terms of effectiveness and efficiency;
  • Coordinate with media agencies and partners on planning, activation, optimization, and post-campaign reporting;
  • Manage integrated delivery across campaigns and cross-functional media projects, ensuring consistency across stakeholders and timelines;
  • Track budgets, phasing, and media deliverables, ensuring consistency with internal governance and guidelines;
  • Ensure campaign quality and contribute to data accuracy for reporting;
  • Monitor performance and translate results into actionable insights and recommendations;
  • Work closely with Marketing, Creative, Digital to align timelines, assets, and approvals;
  • Contribute to innovation, best practices, learning agendas, and continuous improvement across categories and markets.

Your team:

You’ll be part of the Marketing & Media CoE and directly report to the Integrated Media Manager.

The roles don’t include direct reports and require strong collaboration with Global Marketing teams, Countries/Markets, and agency partners.

 

What makes you a great fit:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Economics, Business, or related field;
  • Work Experience: At least 3 years of experience in media planning and strategy or communication strategy teams. Integrated media activations experience is a plus (client-side or agency). Background from startups or media owners/media sales is also welcome
  • Skills: Strong understanding of the paid media ecosystem, plus confidence with reporting and performance analysis;
  • Ways of working: Structured, proactive, detail-oriented, comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and priorities;
  • Local language: Proficiency in Italian and fluent in both written and spoken English.
