International Sales Area Manager

We are looking for an International Sales Area Manager in charge of key EU markets, to join the Beauty Sales function, in our Home Care, Personal Care & Beauty Business Unit, based in the HQ of Milan. 

 

How you make the difference:

You will manage framework agreements and relationship with our partners, overseeing and driving sales evolution and progression (both in terms of our company ex works and local markets wholesales). With attention to the income statement, you will define and monitor the annual client plan to meet revenue and margin goals. Coordinating and controlling the implementation of main activities in local markets’ distribution, you will ensure perfect execution of KPIs. By identifying business opportunities within the markets of your responsibility, you will help to increase sales volumes while protecting our margins and working synergistically with other functions in order to ensure the effective implementation of company strategies.

 

How your agenda looks like:

  • Management of all local partners (distributors and direct B&M retailers) situated in your Area
  • Overseeing Company’s Ex-works sales, local partner sales, A&P evolutions, and our Internal Income Statement
  • Defining and Reviewing the Annual Client Plan in Line with Revenue and Margin Goals
  • Constant monitoring and analysis of business through sales, marketing and economical indicators
  • Preparing Monthly Forecasts by Client to Ensure Target Achievement
  • Implementing and Controlling Point-of-Sale Activities for Perfect Execution of KPIs
  • Traveling on a regular basis to markets of your competence, meeting with our partenrs, visiting local distribution, analyzing our qualitative and quantitative presence in the stores and reporting main significant activities of relevant copetitor brands.
  • Presence to Trade shows wherever the company will decide to participate

 

 

 

 

 

Your team:

You will directly report to the International Business Development Director in Beauty team.

 

What makes you a great fit:

  • Education: You have a master's degree in economics and/or marketing or related fields  
  • Work Experience: You have 3-5 years of experience in International Sales and/or Trade Marketing, preferably in the beauty sector, with roles of growing responsibilities in Management of International Accounts. An experience as People Manager is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: You have a strong analytic attitude for the construction of clients plans in the medium term and familiarity with the mains KPIs of economic management of a client.
  • Local Language:  You have excellent knowledge of Italian and English and excellent communication and relational skills aimed at building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
