International Senior Product Manager
We are looking for an International Senior Product Manager to join our Global Marketing team in Bolton Food Business Unit based in Milan, Italy.

As Bolton Food accelerates its international growth, this role serves as the key link between Global Marketing and International Markets, and it ensures the successful execution of brand strategies and innovation launches worldwide. Reporting to the International Brands Development Director, you will lead strategic growth initiatives across international markets, driving cross-functional collaboration and turning global opportunities into business results.
How your agenda looks like / What you will do:
In this role, you will lead high-impact international projects end-to-end, ensuring alignment among global and local stakeholders, driving cross-functional collaboration, and delivering strategic initiatives on time, within scope, and in line with business objectives.
Portfolio Management
- Manage a portfolio of strategic projects across international markets;
- Prioritize initiatives based on business objectives, ROI, risk, and resource availability;
- Manage brand portfolio across countries of responsibility (decide which products, ranges, and innovations should be prioritized, rationalize SKUs when needed, identify opportunities for premiumization, line extensions);
Projects Leadership
- Lead complex international projects from initiation through completion;
- Establish, monitor and optimize rigorous project management frameworks, timelines, KPIs, and governance tools to improve cross-functional collaboration, accelerating time-to-market;
- Identify and mitigate projects' risks;
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
International Business Development
- Collaborate with regional teams to identify growth opportunities;
- Design and coordinate growth roadmaps for strategic global regions
- Provide strategic guidance and support to local teams, making sure that Global Brands’ strategies are correctly implemented;
- Ensure consistent qualitative execution across markets;
- Ensure consistent brand identity, while allowing adaptation to local consumer preferences;
- Create toolkits for local markets.
Your team:
You will report directly to the International Brands Development Director, operating as a dedicated senior project leader.
