International Trade Marketing Intern
We are looking for a Trade Marketing Intern to join International function in our Beauty Business Beauty based in Milan.
How you make the difference
You will actively contribute to the development and execution of international marketing plans, supporting the monitoring of product launches and the implementation of trade marketing activities. You will help ensure alignment with brand guidelines while taking into account the needs of local markets. In addition, you will be involved in the creation, follow-up and development of specific projects, providing valuable support to our international partners.
How your agenda looks like:
- Support the team in the management of ongoing international marketing projects.
- Prepare and adapt marketing presentations for different stakeholders (internal teams, countries).
- Support external partners by sharing guidelines and materials for the implementation of local Go-to-Market activities.
- Conduct research and analysis on specific markets, competitors and projects to identify insights and opportunities.
- Prepare marketing reviews and collect best practices to be shared with internal departments and international teams.
- Prepare price lists for the countries
Your team:
You will directly report to the Trade Marketing Manager in the International Beauty function.
What makes you a great fit:
- You have a master’s degree, or three years bachelor followed by a master’s degree, in Economics, Marketing, Communication or Management with interest to undertake a path of growth in the field of Marketing & Sales
- You have excellent knowledge of English
- You have a good knowledge of the Office package advanced Excel skills and a strong analytical mindset, with proven ability to interpret data and generate insights.
- Proactivity, autonomy, strong orientation to the result and ability to work in a dynamic context are soft skills that distinguish you
- Passionate and curious about the beauty industry
