Junior Business Intelligence Specialist

We are looking for a Junior Business Intelligence Specialist to join Trade Marketing function in our Beauty Business Unit based in Milan.

How you make the difference

In this role, you will support the transformation of data into meaningful insights to help the business understand performance and trends. You will assist in analyzing sales data, market information, and consumer behavior to identify patterns and improvement opportunities.

You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to help develop dashboards, reports, and basic analytical tools that provide visibility on business results. With guidance from senior colleagues, you will contribute to data collection, analysis, and reporting activities, supporting forecasting processes and day‑to‑day decision‑making.

How your agenda looks like:

• Support the monthly Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process by collecting data, preparing analyses, and contributing to review meetings.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of KPI dashboards to monitor business performance; help analyze trends and support simple forecasting and scenario analyses in collaboration with Sales and Supply teams.
• Contribute to improving forecast accuracy by supporting Sales, Trade & Marketing teams in validating sales and volume projections.
• Help ensure alignment between demand plans and commercial targets by supporting product launch planning and monitoring base business roll‑out.
• Support the integration of S&OP activities with financial planning processes (budget and rolling forecast) by preparing data and analyses that link operational plans to financial results, in collaboration with the Finance team.

You will join the Italy Marketing & Trade Marketing team, collaborating closely with Sales and Finance

What makes you a great fit:

• Education: Master’s degree in Economics or related fields
• Work Experience: 1-2 years of experience in Trade Marketing, F&A, Sales or related field
• Technical Skills: proficiency in the Office suite, especially Excel and good analytical skills 
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking, with a proactive, autonomous approach and solid coordination and collaboration skills.
• Local Language: Excellent knowledge of italian and english
