Junior HR Business Partner - Temporary

We are looking for a Junior HR Business Partner to join our Holdings HR Team based in Milan.

 

How you make the difference

The role’s main responsibilities will be providing support to the HR Team by working in close relationship with the HR Business Partners and work with them on a wide range of activities including recruitment, onboarding process, internal communications and many other projects and special initiatives.

 

How your agenda looks like:

  • Recruitment: you will support the team from drafting job descriptions to conducting initial phone screenings and providing support during interviews to ensure to intercept and attract the best candidates on the market;
  • Onboarding and employee engagement: you will support the HR team in the onboarding of new hires and provide support in daily activities to ensure a smooth integration of new colleagues;
  • Internal communications: in collaboration with the team and the Communication Department, you will help draft internal communications to inform, engage and retain our employees; prepare presentations,;
  • HR Systems Management: you will contribute to ensure the proper maintenance of our  HR management system, Success Factors, ensuring all employee related data is accurate and updated;
  • HR Projects: you will have the chance to be involved in a wide range of different HR related projects, which will give you the opportunity to test yourself in different areas and gain relevant competences in the HR field.

 

Your team:

You’ll collaborate closely with the Holdings HR Manager and Junior HR Business Partner.

 

What makes you a great fit:

  • Master’s degree in economics, humanities or relevant field, a specialization in Human Resources will be considered a plus;
  • Fluent in Italian & English;
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications;
  • Flexible, proactive and can-do attitude;
  • Attention to details and drive for results;
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
