Junior Product Manager Beauty

We are looking for a Junior Product Manager to join our Local Marketing function in Beauty Care Business Unit.

As a Junior Product Manager, you will drive product success by understanding market needs, developing strategic plans, and working closely with the Global Category Marketing & Trade Marketing team.

How your agenda looks like: 

• Develop and execute integrated product and communication strategies
• Analyze Market Trends and Customer Feedback 

• Monitor Product Performance and Adapt Strategies 
• Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams 
• Innovate and Enhance Product Features 

Your team: 

You will directly report to the Marketing Manager in the Local Marketing team.

What makes you a great fit: 

• Education: Master’s degree in Economics, Marketing, or a related field 

• Work Experience: 2+ years of experience in product management, marketing, or a similar role, preferably in the beauty sector

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in the Office suite, especially Excel  

• Local Language: Excellent knowledge of Italian and English
