Key Account Manager Griffon Central-Southern Italy

We are looking for a Key Account Manager Central Southern Italy to join our Sales team in our Adhesives Business Unit.

How you make the difference

The role’s main responsibilities will be to manage client needs, develop and maintain long-term relationships ensuring partner satisfaction.

How your agenda looks like:

• Manage and develop specific areas with direct clients
• Support and coordinate sales activities of agents in Central-Southern Italy, while monitoring and expanding the existing customer portfolio
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities by acquiring new clients (independent or part of purchasing groups)
• Conduct training and product demonstration with active clients about 1-2 times a week
• Share ideas and proposals with the Channel Manager to achieve set goals.

Your team:

You’ll report directly to our Channel Manager. Additionally, you’ll manage around 8 sales agencies.

What makes you a great fit:

• Work experience: 10/15 years of experience in similar sales roles within the plumbing and heating sector or the construction/hardware industry
• Availability to travel and go on business trips for at least 2-3 days a week
• Preferably based near Rome, Naples, Bari
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and achieve set goals
