Key Account Manager Personal Care
We are looking for a Key Account Manager to join our Sales function Personal Care in our Home & Personal Care Business Unit, in the region of Campania and Basilicata with the domicile in Campania, with clients such as Bava, Moderne, Pilato, Elleduegi, and with a turnover of around 13 million euros.

As a Key Account Manager, you will drive our company's success by thoroughly understanding customer needs and adapting our solutions to meet them. You will build strong relationships based on trust with key stakeholders, ensuring proactive communication and strategic planning. Your role will consist of creating customized value-added offerings and maintaining long-term partnerships that align with the goals of our company and our customers.
How your agenda looks like:
- Contacts (scheduled and unscheduled) with clients to discuss needs, progress, and opportunities
- Active cycle management with reference to customer offer, order entry and delivery track (based on inputs by logistic dept )
- Updating account strategic plans and preparing performance reports
- Developing full account potential, sharing ways and ideas with and obtaining support from the sales and trade marketing team
- Internal collaboration with marketing, product and support teams
- Research/analysis on key accounts and market analysis specific to territory dynamics
- Optimized management of assigned budget
Your team:
You will directly report to the Customer Team Manager in the Sales function.
What makes you a great fit:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business and/or Marketing or related areas, with interest in pursuing growth in Marketing & Sales.
- Work Experience: 2-4 years of experience in Sales and/or Trade Marketing.
- Technical Knowledge: Excellent knowledge of Office package and Excel.
- Local language: Excellent knowledge of Italian and fluent English.
- Clear and effective communication skills with an excellent propensity for active listening.
