BOLTON FOOD - LOCAL MARKETING ASSISTANT (Internship)

Bolton Food, business unit leader in several countries with quality canned food and meat products (Rio Mare, Simmenthal), is looking for a bright candidate to join us as Marketing Intern in our Milan offices.

 

 

Main Activities

 

 

Reporting to a Group Product Manager and being part of our dynamic and multifunctional Marketing Team, the resource will be responsible for:

 

 

· Supporting the team on the development of focused product activation plans;

· Supporting the team on the development of new launches communications and campaigns;

· Analysis monthly report: IRI data, Financial reports;

· Providing support for presentations, technical documents and sheets;

· Providing support for the development of PoS support materials;

· Monitoring the main competitors’ activities (new launches / promotions / ADV);

· Granting administrative support to the marketing team;

· Taking part to brand projects in collaboration with other cross functions (Sales, Trade Marketing, Digital…).

 

 

What we are looking for

 

 

· Previous experience in structured/multinational companies is preferable, in particular a food marketing-related background (for example in product development);

· Good knowledge of IT systems such as Suite OFFICE MS Excel, Office;

· Proficiency in written and spoken English;

· Being passionate and strongly interested in brand development, food products and trends;

· Strong analytical skills and ability to plan his/her own work according to priorities and urgencies;

· Able to collect and critically interpret data and numbers to ensure a strong focus on continuous improvement and excellence in execution;

· A proactive and fast learner keen to evolve, challenging himself/herself daily in order to reach excellence and focus on customers and stakeholders satisfaction;

· A fully accountable and people-oriented team player able to instill trust and build meaningful relationships with internal and external stakeholders;

· A dynamic and flexible professional capable to adapt swiftly and manage a fast moving and demanding environment.
