Logistics Assistant - categorie protette (Legge 68/99)

We are looking for a Logistics Assistant (Legge 68/99) to join our Demand Planning team in our Adhesives Business Unit, based in Italy, Milan.

How you make the difference

This position is important for Bolton as you will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations, optimizing inventory management, and supporting the efficiency of our supply chain, ultimately contributing to the company’s growth and success.

How your agenda looks like:

• Analyze KPIs and implement reporting dashboards/tools to ensure compliance with S&OP Bolton’s process;
• Plan and manage purchasing orders, promotional campaigns, and stock availability, while monitoring campaign KPIs;
• Maintain product forecasts, monitor stock levels, and address stock-out issues for sales and customer service;
• Track slow-moving products, manage IT interfaces with the warehouse, and create new item numbers with relevant MRP data;
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, support crisis mitigation, and propose continuous improvement actions.

You will report directly to our Logistics Specialist.

What makes you a great fit:

• Education: Master’s degree in Engineering, Economics or equivalent;
• Work Experience: 2/3 years’ experience Supply Planning or Supply Chain;
• Technical Skills: Strong analytical skills and good ability to collect and critically interpret data and numbers;
• Local language: Proficiency in both Italian and English is required.
