Project Manager Real Estate - Intern

We are looking for a Project Manager Intern to join our Real Estate Team at the Holding Company of Bolton, based in Milan.

How you make the difference

As a Project Manager Intern you’ll oversee all aspects of real estate development projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

How your agenda looks like:

• Oversee all stages of the project (preliminary, definitive, and executive) and manage related documentation
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project progress
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery within quality standards
• Conduct site inspections, address project risks, and resolve any issues or conflicts
• Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
• Communicate project updates to stakeholders and prepare reports and presentations

Your team:

You’ll directly report to our Real Estate Project Manager.

Additionally, you’ll coordinate external stakeholders, such as architects, engineers and other contractors involved in the construction process.

What makes you a great fit:

• Education: Degree in Architecture, Building Engineering, Civil Engineering or similar
• Technical Skills: Knowledge of building regulations
• Attention to details and drive for results
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Available and keen to travel for business trips if required
• Local language: Fluent in Italian, a good knowledge of English is considered a plus.
